How long will it take to ship my order?

All domestic orders take approximately 2-3 days to ship from our studio from the order date.

Can my order be delivered sooner?

Our current delivery timeline is about 1-2 working days within Delhi/NCR and 5-7 days pan India. Please note that any delays caused in delivery due to logistical issues are not directly in our control and we can only escalate the issue the the courier partner.

How much will the shipping cost?

Domestic orders: A fee of INR 150 is charged for shipping on all domestic orders under 3K and displayed product prices are inclusive of all taxes and duties.

Offers: We may from time to time offer free shipping as a bonus on our website, in which case the terms and conditions of that particular offer will be valid at the time.

Could I change the shipping address of the order?

Shipping details can be edited before your order is billed or shipped. However, all changes must be emailed within 24 hours of placing an order online. Mail it to us at labelminimul@gmail.com with your order number and the new shipping address.

What if I am not home when the package is delivered?

Our delivery agents will attempt to deliver the package three times before it is returned to us. Please provide your complete & accurate address including zip code and India mobile number to ensure a smooth delivery process.

In case the delivery is unsuccessful because of incorrect or incomplete shipping details (mobile number, address or pin code), an additional re-shipping fee of INR 150 will be applicable. This fee is a mandate, regardless of the order value, code, discount, offer, etc. 

What is your order cancellation policy?

Once the order is placed, it cannot be cancelled. 

Do your offer cash on delivery? 

We currently do not offer COD.
