      • Do you have a Retail store?

      We do not have a retail store. We only operate online. We are proud makers of products entirely Made in India. All garments are carefully constructed at our studio in Gurgaon, India.

      If you wish to change, amend, add to your existing order, write to us within 24 hours of placing the order on our instagram handle @mini_mul; or WhatsApp to us on +91-9718177412.  Always ensure your shipping address is correct. Any order with an invalid address will be automatically returned and cause a delay in delivery time. If you have entered an incorrect delivery address, please contact us.

      • Where do you ship? Is there a shipping fee?

      We ship pan- India. The prices on our designs are inclusive of GST charges. Shipping on all domestic orders over 2K is free. 

      • When will I receive my order?

      We ship in 10-12 working days from the date of order. Though we are trying to reduce shipping time by increasing manpower, we will never compromise our handmade quality to stock products for a quicker delivery.

      • What are the different payment options?

      We cannot confirm your order or hold pieces before receiving your payment. We only accept payments through online transfers, and do not offer COD. You can make online transactions via net banking, Google Pay or Paytm. If you prefer net banking, please reach out to us and we will share our bank details with you.
