Exchange- Return Policy
EXCHANGE:
We only facilitate exchange in size and not in pattern or colours. If the garment that you have purchased is not the right size we will exchange the size for you within 7 days of the delivery of the garment. If you'd like to process an exchange, reverse pick up charges will apply @ Rs. 200.
Only products which are unworn, unused, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, and retaining the original tags, in original packaging are eligible for exchange. To avoid exchanging your order, be sure to view our size chart carefully before placing your order to make the purchase seamless.

- Kindly share your order number and full name
- Item to be exchanged with size
- Replacement item with size
- Reason for exchange
Once the above information is received, a pickup will be generated within 48 hours. Upon receiving the product, a credit note of the amount paid, less, 200/- (exchange fee) will be issued. The credit note can be redeemed at checkout when shopping on our website minimul.in
The credit note will be valid for one month and cannot be broken into parts or clubbed with any other discount or offer. Items purchased via credit note, will not be applicable for another exchange.
In an off chance, if there is a manufacturing defect, there is no additional charge for exchange. Once we receive the returned package, our team will review the reason for exchange and based on the jurisdiction we will process the exchange.
Products that are on sale or discounted, or purchased with a coupon or gift voucher are not eligible for returns, refund or exchange. Please go through the size chart carefully for on-sale products.
Please note- All the products are made in the finest handwoven fabrics and materials, some even hand dyed. Many of the processes are manually done. Irregularities which may occur are characteristic of the handcrafted process and are not counted as a defect in the product.
RETURN:
We do not offer refunds on orders due to the time and labor that goes into each product. Refunds are only processed based on fulfilment errors.
