EXCHANGE:

Exchange: If the garment you purchased is not the right size or fit, we will exchange it for you within 7 days of delivery.

You can exchange your order against a different item or credit note (valid lifetime).

Steps for size exchange:

  1. Please email your exchange request at hello@minimul.in
  2. Mail subject line should have 'EXCHANGE - Name mentioned on the order - Order number'
  3. In the email, please mention the item along with size you have received, the product along with size you’d like to exchange it with and the reason for exchange
  4. Upon receiving these details, our team will share the return address with you; You can send your exchange piece back to us with the same details inside the packet. Please mention your order number on a slip or piece of paper inside the package. (The shipping cost of sending it back is borne by the customer.)
  5. Once received your return will be sent for a quality check, and within 24 hours (weekends not included) your replacement will be re-shipped or a credit note of the same amount will be issued.
  6. In case the product does not meet our return/exchange requirements, we reserve the right to refuse the exchange.

Note: We only facilitate exchange on an item ONE TIME. 

Credit note: Store credit can be redeemed at checkout when shopping on our website minimul.in and will be valid for one year. It cannot be broken into parts or clubbed with any other discount or offer. Items purchased via credit note, will not be applicable for another exchange.

For exchange of sets, we can only exchange the size of the entire set, not just the shirt/pant. 

PS: To avoid exchanging your order, be sure to view our size guide carefully before placing your order. 

 

In an off chance, if there is a manufacturing defect, there is no additional charge for exchange.

Products that are on sale or discounted, or purchased with a coupon or gift voucher are not eligible for returns, refund or exchange. Please go through the size chart carefully for on-sale products.

Please note- All the products are made in the finest handwoven fabrics and materials, some even hand dyed. Many of the processes are manually done. Irregularities which may occur are characteristic of the handcrafted process and are not counted as a defect in the product.

RETURN:

We do not offer refunds on orders due to the time and labor that goes into each product. Refunds are only processed based on fulfilment errors.

However, you can choose to return your product against a credit note (valid lifetime).
